These terms cover purchases of packaged drinking water from Water India Ahmedabad Private Limited (Neerdrop) for delivery in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Orders & payment

Prices are shown in INR. Payment is completed on our billing subdomain. An order is accepted when payment confirms.

Delivery

Delivery windows are estimates based on Ahmedabad routes. Someone should be available to receive sealed jars and cases.

Use of the site

Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape the shop. Content is for ordering water delivery only.

Liability

We replace or refund seal-damaged units reported on delivery. We are not liable for indirect losses beyond the order value.
