How do I place an order on this site?
Add items in the shop, open checkout with your Ahmedabad address, then continue to the billing page to pay by card.
How long until my order is processed?
We confirm after successful payment and assign the next available delivery slot for your area.
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa and Mastercard on the secure billing step.
Are there fees or order limits?
Listed jar and case prices apply. Very large bulk requests may be confirmed by phone before dispatch.
What if payment failed or money was deducted?
Email support@neerdrop.org with your session reference from checkout. We reconcile delayed confirmations.
Is it safe to enter card details?
Card entry happens on our billing page. We do not store your full card number.
Can I get a refund?
See the returns page for unused prepaid orders and seal issues reported on delivery.
